The indigo-dyeing-pilot analyses the critical concentrations in the dye-bath, compares to the set values, adjusts the dosing commands and the display informs you about the essential process parameters.
The automatic titration is the basic way to value the concentrations a method of analyzing which has been proofed over a longer period of time and you can rely on. When the yarn varies the dosing will be automatically adjusted.
The indigo dyeing pilot keeps the concentration of hydrosulphite and the alkali (pH-value) constant and outputs the indigo concentration in g/l for the purpose of control.
The display shows either the diagram of the pH-value or the curve of the Redox titration and at least the essence (concentrations) and more data.
